Harry, Let’s start with a phrase from one of my books, “The only thing humans can agree to is in wanting to be happy, yet they cant agree on how to be it!
In my training in Tibetan Buddhism, unhappiness and insatisfaction arises from the attachment to the emotional experiences that made us happy, and not adapting to the natural changeability of all experiences. we have to avoid trying to change anything outside our minds, and strive to change the way we see what occurs outside.
This resumes my belief, “Seeing the Universe as it Is and not as I want it to be is the secret of happiness”
